Youth & Family worked with Rick Coletti at Land's End to design and build our new building for our Foster Family Agency four years ago. We had unique needs for our new offices because of the nature of our business and Rick was excellent in making sure all these needs were met. Past Projects
East 20th Street:
	6,000 square foot strip center, built in 2002, mixed use retail, occupied by Rehab Center and Restaurant.

1140 Mangrove Avenue:
	11,000 square foot strip center, built in 1987, mixed use retail, occupied by restaurant, chiropractors, etc. Annualized income of $91,032.00.
